Sufficient parking allots for visitors and staff – The Complex will have approximately 800 car parking spaces for both workforce and visitors distributed over 3 underground levels and on the external area surrounding the facility. In addition to the Smart Parking Management System (PMS) and valet parking service is also available to serve our clients and visitors.
BMS (Building Manegement System)
To keep the safety of our clients and Mall visitors , The Medical Mall Management installed an advanced BMS ( Building Management Systemthat includes automated monitoring of all building systems such as conveying , fire fighting , garbage shoot, CCTV, AC chillers, gas (cooking and medical) etc. The provision of such BMS will be controlled through central control room by AFHC to support all partners in the facility for efficient and safe environment.

Consideration was given at the design stage for the clinical floors to be an open space providing flexibility for freely design the area in accordance with the best efficiency and creative design.
